With over 37 years of experience across the global oil and gas industry (TOTAL, Shell, BP, KOC…), Torki Rouissi is a seasoned Training Specialist, Assessor, and Commissioning Leader. He led major workforce nationalization programs across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, and trained hundreds of engineers, operators, and HSE professionals.

Certifications: IFP (France), City & Guilds, OPERCAP, CMAS, TRACCESS
